I feel I have developed as a photographer who has many different artistic interests. I am able to shoot what I want which explains the assortment of photos displayed here. Once again, I enjoy shooting for the fun, not the income. I am very open to the ideas of people I shoot for, and encourage them to take part in the creative process.

Although I have little “formal” photography training, I have learned much from the shooting I have done. I shoot fire photography for a few local towns (which can keep me busy…even at four am), I shoot for tourism brochures and websites at my “day job”, and I have a local model with whom I shoot frequently for practice. I learn by doing, and from other photographers I correspond and work with.
